I currently have a loan with Latrobe Financial for a property invested via my SMSF I had a paid default, hence I used Latrobe. This default will come out of my credit file in January 2017 I am now looking at refinancing the loan through a normal bank. Looking for a loan of 470K, property value is around 700k.
